A Journey to the Rising Sun | Chef Hiro’s Tasting Menu
We, at Salt + Charcoal, are thrilled to announce the launch of our Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our Chef, Hiro Anegawa, has curated a delightful 5 course tasting experience featuring an artisanal interpretation of Japanese inspired dishes highlighted with seasonal delicacies.The menu will showcase A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, Succulent Lobster in decadent preparations, & a masterfully marinated Tuna accompanied by delectable dishes adorned with ikura, accentuated with Truffle, Matsutake & Maitake Mushrooms, & an intoxicating dashi broth. And for the finale… an irresistibly sinful Mont Blanc.
Will be offering our Tasting Menu from Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Advance reservations necessary and can be made online through Yelp or by phoning the restaurant directly. Cost is $175 per person plus tax & a 20% gratuity.
